MARCHING BAND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

• Help with traffic control along the practice routes during marching band practices

•  Mark chalk lines and traffic control at Marching Band rehearsals

•  Help issue and check in band uniforms

• Sewing and mending as needed

• Videotaping of parades and practices
  

• Miscellaneous repair and maintenance of equipment

• Ability to pull the Marching Band trailer (6,000 – 9,000 lb towing capability)

• Assistance with band trailer maintenance

• Assistance at parades
•        getting ice for coolers
•        accompany band on bus
•        serve water before and / or after parades
•        assist on the parade route if needed
  

• Help at the car wash fundraiser – June
  

• Help with Marching Band Camp at PC – May 
  

• Chaperone Band Camp at Camp Courage in Annandale May
  

• Help with end of season picnic July
  

• Work at the Metrodome

• Support our Marching Band by attending and cheering loudly at parades.
